Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website and to every purchase of digital products or creative services from BADAR (“BADAR”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, placing an order or using the site, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, our License and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. Who we are

BADAR is a creative studio and online store for YouTube creators. We sell downloadable digital products — thumbnail packs, After Effects and Premiere Pro asset packs, plugins and scripts — and we provide creative services such as video editing, thumbnail design, motion graphics and custom tool development.

2. Accounts

• You need an account to buy. You can sign in with Google or with an email address and password.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
• Please give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, are used for fraud, or abuse our services.

3. Digital products

• All store products are digital. Nothing is shipped physically.
• When you buy a product you receive a license to use it — you don’t buy the copyright. What you may and may not do is set out in the License.
• Each product page describes what is included, the file formats and the software it’s compatible with. Please check these before buying; you are responsible for having compatible software (for example a licensed copy of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro).
• We may improve or update products over time. Updates, when offered, are delivered through your account at no extra cost.

4. Prices, taxes and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are confirmed on the checkout page before you pay.
• Sales tax, VAT or GST may be added at payment where the law requires it, and will be shown to you before you complete the payment.
• Card and wallet payments are processed securely by our payment partners, Stripe or Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your full card details.
• When you pay through Lemon Squeezy, Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record (the reseller) for that order, collects applicable taxes, and its buyer terms also apply to the transaction. Your receipt will show Lemon Squeezy as the seller.
• If online payment isn’t available, you can request an invoice. Your order is then reserved and we email you a secure payment link. Products unlock once payment is received.
• We can refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if a product was listed at an obviously wrong price, or if we can’t provide it. If you were charged, you’ll receive a full refund.

5. Delivery of digital products

• As soon as your payment is confirmed, your products appear in Account → Downloads, usually within seconds. You’ll also receive a receipt by email from the payment provider.
• Download links are generated for you personally and expire after a short time; you can create a new link from your account whenever you need it.
• Downloads stay available in your account as long as your account is in good standing and we sell the product, and for at least 12 months after purchase. Please keep a backup of your files.
• If you don’t receive access within 24 hours of paying, contact us at business@badar.com and we’ll fix it.

6. Creative services

Booking and scope

• Per project ($200 per project): one video edit or one thumbnail set, including a brief and concept review, two rounds of revisions, final exports and source files.
• Monthly ($1,200 per month): 30 days of dedicated editing and design support starting on the kickoff date we agree with you. The monthly volume of work is agreed in writing at kickoff. It is a one-time payment for one month — it never renews automatically, and unused time does not roll over.
• Custom work: priced by a written quote (scope, timeline and price) that you approve before we start.
• After you book, we contact you within 1–2 business days to collect your brief, footage and references. The timeline starts once we have everything we need.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm that you own or have permission to use all footage, music, images, logos and other materials you send us, and that they don’t infringe anyone’s rights or break the law.
• Please give feedback within a reasonable time. Delays in feedback or materials extend the timeline.
• Requests outside the agreed scope, or extra revision rounds, may be quoted separately.

Ownership of service work

Once your order is paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create for you (for example your edited video and thumbnails) and may use them for any lawful purpose. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, presets, scripts and know-how; where these are included in your deliverables you receive a perpetual license to use them as part of that work. Unless you ask us not to in writing, we may show the finished work in our portfolio after it is published.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund Policy. In short: digital products are delivered instantly and are generally non-refundable unless faulty or not as described; services can be cancelled for a full refund before work starts, and partially after that.

8. Chargebacks

If something is wrong with an order, please contact us first — we respond quickly and will make it right. If a chargeback is filed, access to the products in that order is suspended while it is reviewed. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account closure.

9. Acceptable use

• Don’t share, resell or redistribute our products or your download links (see the License).
• Don’t try to hack, overload, scrape or interfere with the website, other accounts or our payment systems.
• Don’t use our products or services for illegal, hateful, defamatory, deceptive or infringing content.

10. Intellectual property and trademarks

The website, its design, text, graphics and all products are owned by BADAR or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Adobe, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition and Media Encoder are trademarks of Adobe Inc. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. BADAR is an independent business and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Adobe or Google. Product names are used only to describe compatibility.

11. No guaranteed results

We work hard to create assets and edits that perform well, but we can’t guarantee specific results such as views, click-through rate, subscribers, watch time or revenue, which depend on many factors outside our control.

12. Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and to the extent permitted by law, the website, products and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BADAR is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (such as lost profits, data or opportunities), and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for reasonable losses and costs arising from materials you provide to us that infringe someone else’s rights, or from your breach of these Terms.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to an order is the one published when you placed it. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page with a new effective date.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country / State of the business]. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
