Product License

Effective date: September 26, 2026

Every product you buy from BADAR comes with this Standard License. It gives you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable and perpetual right to use the product, as long as you follow the rules below. BADAR keeps the copyright and ownership of the products.

You may

  • Use the product in unlimited personal and commercial projects — including monetised YouTube videos, shorts, social media, podcasts, courses and advertising.
  • Use it in work you create for clients, as long as you deliver a finished end product (a video, a thumbnail, a rendered graphic) and not the editable source files.
  • Edit, recolour, combine and customise the product as much as you like.
  • Install plugins and scripts on up to two computers that you personally use.

You may not

  • Resell, share, give away, sublicense or redistribute the product or its source files — in original or modified form — including as templates, presets, packs, stock assets or part of another product where the files can be extracted.
  • Upload the files to shared drives, team libraries, torrent or file-sharing sites where other people can access them.
  • Share your download links or account with other people.
  • Claim that you created the original product, or use it as part of a logo or trademark.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or remove licensing from plugins and scripts, except where the law allows it.
  • Use the product for illegal, hateful, defamatory or misleading content.

Teams and agencies

One license covers one person. If several editors or designers in a team will use the same product, each needs their own license — or email us for a team license.

Third-party content

Unless a product page says otherwise, fonts, music, sound effects, stock footage and photos shown in previews are not included, and you must license them separately if you use them. Product pages list anything required (such as free fonts) and where to get it.

Software

Products are designed for the software versions listed on each product page. You need your own licensed copy of that software (for example Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro or Photoshop). Adobe product names are trademarks of Adobe Inc.; BADAR is not affiliated with Adobe.

End of the license

The license ends automatically if you break these terms, or if the order is refunded or charged back. When it ends you must stop using the product in new projects and delete your copies. Projects you already published while the license was valid can stay online.

Creative services

Work we create for you as a service (edits, thumbnails, motion graphics, custom tools) is covered by section 6 of our Terms of Service: you own the final deliverables once paid in full.
